The Storm Indicator

This tool keeps you updated about the current storm situation. Have a look on the wind gage to know the status. The reference spot for the wind force is in Ireland because the low will be coming from west, hitting Ireland first. The first big storm that is expected to exceed 10bft during the waiting period will be chosen. In that case, the storm indicator will change from yellow to red and the event will be started.

 

To choose the right storm is most critical for this event. Therefore we cooperate closely with weather institutes. Still  the period between the choice for a storm and the actual start will be only one or two days.
