Event - The Red Bull Storm Chase is on fire!!!

Stormy weather from the north, rain and dark clouds – this is the conditions that kick off the Red Bull Storm Chase! Windsurfers from 9 countries battle with the elements, facing winds of up to 11 bft.

Six regions sent out their Storm Chasers today, 5 more will follow tomorrow.

Ireland, the UK and Sweden where hit by gusts up to 50 knots making the Red Bull Storm Chase as spectacular as it can be:

“We had a great day! We went out in Rhosneigr in northern Wales. It was more than just windy and a great challenge for us, the windsurfers, and the camerateam! Ben broke his boom but beside of that it was a thrilling session, and now – can´t say more – I´m really tired….!!”
